My main riding partners are all out on the injured list. My liver has had all the rides with cheese burger it can handle.

Just saw Muskoka at the store, maybe i should have tried to tag along....

Full blue, so might end up riding yet.

Tomorrow is a better day to travel , temperature dropping , roads will be cleaned up and traffic down to a dull roar .

Ya why not do some avy control right after the road has already been closed for an entire day....

Great idea!:😡

We're trucking through to Sicamous now. Not terrible. Half of group got through to Golden already. Worst roads were around Edmonton.

Hit up eagles pass today, sicamous club maintains the trail but the mountain is closer to Revelstoke, so i dont know hopefully im allowed to post this here.

I promised a couple pics so here they are.

After riding deep pow for the last month, not really excited riding in this. Plus lots of avys right now.

But cheeseburger loved it. He can get around now, so its all perspective when it comes to conditions some time.

Ya that was us playing on that hill. Just a little push on the ski and the sled came down safely. The avy happened while he was trying to walk back up to the sled. He deployed his bag and rode down on top when it started to slide. Everyone was ok. Just a reminder to play safe out there and be prepared for anything.

Good snow yesterday in the trees down at the lakes at Boulder. Was deep. Had 10” fresh overnight. Was poor visibility but made the best of it. Today was partly sunny but the snow was 1-2 ft back by Turbo. Boulder is almost used up in the front half when we came out today. Both lots were jammed this morning. Lots of sleds in town

Noticed that no one signed in at the cabin. Both lots full and maybe 10 lines on the sign out page when we left the hill. Be a nightmare for SAR if chit goes sideways

Lots of peeps in Turtle and ride below the cabin all day as well. I never sign in but have the resources with me to let people know exactly where I am on the mountain at all times😉

What’s this “sign in” business you speak of?
I rarely go to the cabin but am expected to sign in when I do?

You don't have to. It's just a back up incase you get stuck on the hill. Sign in in the morning and sign out on the way down. I usually forget to sign out though.

Old way of making sure you could be found, I haven’t signed in since I started carrying satellite messengers, other than to write smart a$$ comments in there lol
