Hi, Just had my truck, deck and two sleds stolen from Sun peaks resort. Not sure if this will help but thought I would give it a shot and hope the best for getting them back.
The tuck is a 2000 ford f350 burgundy exterior with bushwacker pocket flares painted to match the truck. Its has a leveling kit and goodyear duratacs. The deck is a homebuilt steel deck with aluminum checker plate sides.
The sleds were both 2010 Polaris 800 Dragons with 163" tracks. One is electric start and had a red polaris belly pan,the other looks stock no electric start but does have a jaws exhaust can. Both sleds had covers on them with M&M performance on them buy the end on he tunnel. The sleds have M&M Performance decal on the hood between the light and the windshield.

If you happened to see anything or have any information please PM me with details.

****ty dude. Got to suck big time. Would be nice to actually catch someone in the act . That's fair game.

Hopefully they catch the F%#$ers who stole it.

Sorry to hear about your loss. The RCMP really need to crack down on this ring of organized theft and put a stop to it. They are at it again this year and are targeting older model fords with sleds. It doesn't seem to matter where. They are getting them from all over BC. They are all going to the same place in southern BC. I don't understand why people don't just pull their fuse for their fuel pump or disconnect their battery. Again I'm sorry to hear about your truck and sleds. Hopefully somebody seen something and the RCMP can build their already large case on this and put a stop to it.

They do need to crack down. A few years ago when I lived in Saskatoon sk buddy and I went to go look at a sled. It turned out the seller was a RCMP. He told us that they just set out a sting operation a few days ago that lead to the arrest of a couple low life pos. They set a few sleds a on trailer with some trackers on them 2 days in front of a house they went missing. Trailer was ditched sleds were taken to a old barn with 48 other machines in it. Sure there was more than those guys stealing stuff around stoon but I'm sure there was 48 happy ppl once they did the bust and 2 less thieves on the street for a couple months since I'm sure that's all they got.

Why whats in Vernon a theft ring?
seems like this "ring" of losers is from that area, from what RCMP have told me as well as what the guy who had my sled told the RCMP. Who knows for sure, not just the thieves though, who is buying/ ordering these sleds? Someone has to be, where do all the parts listed for sale all over the net really come from? Sure I know personally that I end up selling stuff I don't use but this stuff is going somewhere? Gotta stop all sides in this, no one buys, no one steals. Crappy deal, hope you have some luck.

Thanks to everyone for keeping an eye out I really appreciate it. Still no luck yet and haven't heard any leads or much at all from the RCMP. I can give more info on the sleds and truck if people have questions that think might help.I will keep you guys posted. Hopefully they pop up and we don't have to miss the season.

Good luck getting your sleds and truck back. Hope they catch the douchebags. I personally would not run a pre 2008 Ford diesel without some kind of disabling device on it. Apparently they are very easy to steal by the amount that are stolen?

The pre 08 Ford's are 3 min tops to take.

Had a few gone missing where I used to work.

Insurance adjuster said its so easy a monkey could do it.
