Just picked up my sled tonight, a rmk pro 800 163. Have it on a f-250 short bed with an 8 inch lift, bulldog deck. This is my first sled so it will be hard to sleep tonight because as soon as I wake up.... I AM GOING TO RIPPPPP THIS BEOTTTCHHHHH!!!!!!

Pics r pretty bad btw, will post some new ones tomorrow along with pics of the mountains, and maybe even a go pro hd video... So you can all laugh at how bad I am my first time out, hehe.

You're gonna love that sled and the sport !! Quick question because you're new. Have you taken any avy training and bought the necessary avy gear ?

Sent from my iPhone when I should be sledding.

Nice sled, you'll love the 163! My buddy tried his in valemount this weekend and dug a 7ft hole, let off the throttle for a bit then pinned er and crawled right out! Never seen anything like it before i was already reaching for my shovel Then he just popped right up and out

So how did it RIP!!! I have the same sled, that I havent even moved anymore than 10' yet, so please post the results!!!

Fast as hell dude, but I'm a complete newb to the sport... I have a street bike, and the the sled seems to have more pick 0-60km then my bike does, but also doing 60 on it seemed like doing 100 on the bike, and seemed like doing 140 in a car, lol. I can't even imagine how it's going to feel at top speed. I didn't get a chance to go up into the glacier area, because the trail was getting washed out due to rain... So I just took it about 7km up and down to a point where a river washed the trail out. A dude behind me was on another 800, I forget the brand or the year... But he was saying how fast he thought it shot off, and that he was pinning it and wasn't keeping close. Looking forward to testing it in some deep snow tomorrow, so ill post some pics and results.

There is more then enough sled there to get yourself into a great deal of trouble. Nice sled, good luck, all the best.

Hey Jeff. Feel free to drop me a line if you want to take that snowmachine in some fresh. I work nights, live in Whistler and ride 5 days a week when I can.
