I have a 650i kaw and I'm having fuel problems. It seems that fuel does not stay constant. I ran new fuel air line from fuel tank, because the carbs would end up with no fuel and the tank would start to collapse and the fuel would stop flowing. When this happens I would just undo the fuel cap to the tank and it would hiss, then just prime the carbs and a way it goes. Well it happened again and don't o ha else to do, any ideas. Thanks

no vent in cap, only on tank and I'm going to try and blow it out with the air compressor, next.

If it's like the older brutes, the tank vent goes into frame close to the tank, the comes out the frame farther towards the shifter and up to handle bars

Frame plugged of at either end will do this , I ran a new line outside of the frame

thanks for all the input; it ended up being a pinch air vent line. I ran a new clear line with a clear fuel filter on the end, so I can see if there is any dirt getting in. Thanks again
