Can't find the hunting thread so I'll post here till I get corrected. Uncle and I shot two moose this year and now it's on to the white tails. Not to bad for two days hunting with bows. While i was cleaning my bull I took a picture of another one with my phone about 40 yards away. Stood and raked a tree for about 2 minutes. Out of tags or he would have been in the freezer to. We saw 9 moose in two days. So who else has shot what so far this year?

does any body hunt bighorn sheep

I do, but unfortunately got in a wreak with my horse the day before opener broke a couple ribs and hurt my hip, so I was out of action for a few weeks. Now I am at work so its not looking good for sheep hunting for me this year:( I am looking forward to regular season this year hope to get an elk and a couple deer!:d

Haven't shot squat but wanting to go out for some whitetails. What, where, how, cost, etc...do I go about getting an FAC? I don't need to purchase gun, just be legal to carry one (or is there any difference anymore?).

It cost 80.00 for the course, and I know Bull's Eye Bills in Thorsby does the course. You I believe you now have until May 1 2010 to get your guns registered.:d

A friends son has shot a whitetail doe when we went to check on our camp line. And my other Hunting buddy's wife shot her Moose Thanksgiving weekend. Just waiting, 2 weeks and off for my week long trip south of Swan Hills. No draws this year, so just Whietail and Mule Bucks for me this year...:d:. Cannot wait, it is always good to get away from everything for a little bit and recharge the ole batteries with the boys......

Gerald (Flatlandguy), David (Outwestcamping) and myself went out to Central Saskatchabush and knocked down some Honkers last week. Bagged lots of ducks too and had a very well trained retriever along with us, didn't even pee on the carpet once :d Was a good time other than the fact I screwed up and most of the shotgun shells I brought were 3 1/2" mags and my shoulder turned into hamburger after shooting for 3 days  Can't wait for next year.

Nice Work Bro. We couldn't use the Coffin Blinds cause it was snowing so efing hard so we used willow blinds and natural blinds. How did those Black Cloud shells work for you. I shot 2 boxs of the Blackcloud 3" BB on a Modified Choke and worked awesome but after that I was shooting 3 1/2" mag BB and #2 on an IC Choke and man not only did my shoulder take a beating but I'm sure my auto loader didn't like it too much either  The birds were a fallin' though :d:beer::d

The black cloud works great for me, I was shooting out of a modified choke. Was using elcheapo win. 3 1/2" on sunday and think i may just stick to that stuff.
