cops aren’t trained to make head shots....probably shooting at the vehicle and went through the door....the really unfortunate part of the whole story is they didn’t shoot and kill all 4 of the thieving bastages....

cops aren’t trained to make head shots but there trained to hand out distractive driving tickets, with random gun fire. I feel safer already.
