Composite wood for decks??

Any body used Fiberon Horizon...? looks good, similar to the Trex capped stuff, but done all the way around.

I like the Trex a lot. I have found it to be cost effective, yet durable. With all decking and material outside, I think it will be affected by the conditions. With that said though, this stuff is far more durable than traditional lumber, regardless of how well you take care of it. I know in my area people are like you, and want some information. Specifically, they have asked sources like neighbors, a tampa handyman, or went online. You might also consider researching the products independently to see what they say about themselves.

We have chosen Fiberon decking. It was pretty close between many option.
First we had to frame the deck and trust me...it's not going to move or flex...lol...
