How does Poo go from best primary clutch to the worst? They make a deal with Team to build their stuff like Doo did?

Yes but you need the clutch bolt and washers. Will also have to realign the secondary.
I ran 9r primary spring and 10-68 yesterday. It ran great in the parking lot and low elevation. Up high it struggled. Will try 10-66 today. Snow is deeeep.

Goes to show how much of a joke these 9R's are. A polaris 850 came stock with 68's and and a 42S helix, the 9R can even pull the 68's.
The extra rpm of the 9R might explain the need for a bit lighter weight. A 66g at 8500 is exerting more pressure than a 68g at 8000.

They aren't supposed to run at 8500 and the 850 spins the 68's at 8300 no problem. The 9R is a disappointing sled
Ah. I thought the 9R was a higher RPM engine. The spring is a factor too of course.

The 9R runs stiffer springs as well. both primary and secondary.

I’m running 68s still. I turned out on a climb today and my Speedo said 49mph. That seems pretty decent I think. The 9r is definitely not disappointing. Polaris quality problems are though.

I’m at 700 miles and 50 hours on original plugs…
If that dude wants to put 100 plugs in this season without addressing the issue I guess that’s up to him.

What's the issue that's causing it? If that was happening on a skidoo, I'm sure the sled would be sold after fouled plug set number 2, as they are not a good time changing them.

Only time I've ever had a spark plug fail was due to detonation.
I'd say that genius is either running shitty fuel, or over revving that motor with too light of clutch weights.
