Ouch!!!! Don’t look good at all.Just a heads up the coal Creek staging needs a reload. It's solid ice. I certainly won't be taking off from there for a bit//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200205/bc2902e0867d4d96042efcbe3008b965.jpg//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200205/82b6e2b83cc02051e1fb1cb99454284b.jpg
7000' feet..... Which is near impossible where most guys ride.Gotta get up over 5000’ down in Fernie till next reload. Sodas McDerrmit Lil Sand. Rain got it all. Fording yesterday no rain at Fording. Good conditions at 5000’.

Like so.... This crust is not elevation based it's location based.Interesting. if you want actual hands on information look at the Avalanche reports that their crew post after every ride. They get into lots of alpine area's and will be sledding and skiing in those area's. They are detailed with lots of pictures to back up what they find. And yes the snow pack changes lots and they will mention that.
Couldn’t find any crusted snow at Fording no rain here. Vale got no rain. Fernie Sic Rev Golden got drenched. Fording no rain. Enjoy the hero snow lolLike so.... This crust is not elevation based it's location based.
