We are VERY sorry to announce that for the first time in
MANY MANY years, there will be no grooming tonight due to TWO malfunctioning machines:(. We had people out working on one all day today with no luck. They will be trying again first thing tomorrow morning for a Saturday Night Groom. We sincerely appologize for this, please understand that we are doing all we can to get going in lieu of this BAD MOJO. We hope you understand.

No trail fees will be in effect !

Please enjoy this new snow safely

well much to our excitement westridge was amazing today!

snowing at base, pushed the trail in, 3-4ft easy of powder everywhere and we hardly marked more than the first opening/bowl! incredible day.. it took a while to get in there but worth it. Would go through snowfall to socked in to cleared off across the day.. sun came out around 2pm and stuck around for most of the afternoon..

def pleased with my first ride ever into westridge

though as we were makin our way in through the trail we heard a chopper setting off avalanches.. kinda creepy :S

Rode allan yesterday, didnt see a soul till the way out. Visibility was poor but the trees help with that. Easy 2-3 feet of untouched in the not so open areas. only a few guys went past avy alley so beyond will be great. Waitin till the blue skies come out for the next ride.

We just did a tree clean up of the Westridge Family loop, for our poker run next saturday. Begginer and not so beginner riders should really take notice of this area. We went fast and still manged to kill over half a day pushin over a foot of fresh snow the entire way. Lots of small cuts to play in as well. Was actually really fun for a trail ride !:d.

Mechs are out working with the groomer I type, Ill update as soon as I can:beer:

Just come down from Clemina groomer was headed up. Patchy visibility but still great ride. Still looking for a blue bird day forcast doesn't look much better for tomorrow either calling for 10cm of snow.

thanks, Ive heard the conditions are sick !:d

BARRING ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, The groomer is on the trails and running great:d:beer: (allen and clemina). The areas are holding some great snow and the riding has been exceptional so far this weekend. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but assume that we are back on track and things will be going according to schedule. Thanks to Alpine Country for working there A$$es off to get things going:beer:

Thanks Curtis. We are looking forward to a fresh trail for tomorrow.

Westridge was great today. It cleared in the afternoon after a few inches of fresh fell. We stayed on the front side, as did most, and there were lots of fresh meadows to chew up.

As for the guys that left their garbage on the hill, I have submitted it to the RCMP for fingerprinting. I told the cops you had two pounds of coke, were on stolen sleds, and were wearing jackets that said "Lick my balls cops". I also said that you talking about stealing a mountie truck to joyride tonight. They assured me they will track you down. This wouldn't have been necessary if the hill would have slid again this week, since you guys were tracking up the slide area. Don't worry, I was watching to ensure I could save your sled to part it out.

Cheers.

Rode Clemina saturday. Conditions were good with the sun showing up once in a while. The trail up was in good condition imo even before the groomer went up.
