Ill relate a story from a couple of years back .In Houston texas they where haveing a big problem with people breaking into cars when stopped at red lights.Guys would smash out the passengers window with a rock than grab what ever was on the seat ,usally a purse .They chaged their law so your car was like your home ,so if someone tryed to break into while you where in it you had the right to shoot them.Take a quess how fast that crime disappeared once they knew they could get shot !!!!!

You can do the same thing here, not quite the same as chasing someone down and shooting them for stealing a toy from your yard.
