Well catman are you ready to trade those raw aluminum tunnels is for black powder coated ones yet. Just kidding your cats are look'n great. I'll be setting my sights on my own little kitty she feld a little abused after last season and needs some TLC.

Nice reminder, Iv'e put this elbow grease job off for way too long :( I'm way over due for a good polish. My tunnel looks like an old Coal Miner truck.

Catmando... you don't like the powerball, I agree. But what polishing compound are you useing? I would like to find a really good one. Your imput would be appreciated :)

I have tride about 10 differnt types of polish & the hollywoods metal polish worked the best, way better then the mothers, less elbow grease.:beer::beer:

I used aluminum polish bricks and variable speed buffer (like the pros use)

the running boards are like cheese graters...ouch..

It may be something to note but if u are polishing an older tunnel for the first time u may want to sand it down. I wet sand starting with a 600 grit, 800, 1000, 1200, and if u really want a fine go 1600 or 1800. I use mothers but have seen the jewellers rouge and it works amazing.

I still need to go over mine again but will throw up some pics when satified.
