Skid steer trailer's

Was looking for a bumper pull skid steer trailer and wondering what everyone on here was using? Pros and cons of the ones they have. As well as where to pick one up from. Thanks in advance.

Mine is a 20' SWS from Westlock. 2 7000 lb axles. I went with the 20' so I can haul my augers,spare bucket and or blade with the machine.I have no complaints with the trailer.

Go for the 7500# axles, 5000's are sometimes not enough if you're hauling something other than a skidsteer (Water tanks, materials etc)

Twin 7000lbs axles work good. Got one from the states. (Cheap) tilt with hydrolics, very quick unloading/loading

I bought a brand new PJ gooseneck tandem dually trailer love it i use it to pull my bobcat around this is the second gooseneck i owned i would never go back to a bumper pull just my 2 cents

It looks like a PJ trailer and if you get hydraulics it get expensive

If you can do it a goose is the way.

X2 on goose, I went to goose in 08 and myself would never go bumper for equipment either. I have a 24' goose with 3 ft beaver with 2-7000 and haul a T300 Bobcat and bunch attachments and maxed out trailer and pulls nice still with Goose............

where did you get this trailer? pretty costly?

Beothuck in Edmonton, better price than PJ direct out of Nisku. ~$7250 all in but after having had more than a few "skid steer" trailers I would not go any other way. We have other goose necks as well but for a 10,000 pound skid steer being pulled with a modern truck bumper pull is fine as far as I am concerned plus it has the advantage of being able to be pulled by a 1/2 ton empty or lightly loaded.

I did the southland dump trailer. Drive skid steer in close the door and go.... After ya chain it down.
I have had both now , flat and dump and you couldn't pay to go back. We drive by four flats to get to the dump trailer now.
That said flats are nicer if you are hauling different attachments.

The only problem with dump trailers i have a 10 foot snow bucket and a 9 foot blade hard to get out of the cab when u load it

Have an H&H hyd tilt...............Great trailer ,BUT would never go with the hyd jack tilt again. Too slow and too steep. I do like the H&H trailer though,well built..........

You ain't getting out of SS in a dump With that blade or bucket. But prob not allowed to go down road with ten foot bucket sticking out on a flat ether, so I'd assume your loading lengthwise? Dumps have their problems too but I'm amazed at how much we use ours.

Yup i load it length wise and the blade i angle it
