Its a Mod Rods 8 piece kit with the 2 piece upper panel addition. Water to air can it work sure, if its a separate circuit from the engine water which means an addition of another heat exchanger, another water pump,more hoses and clamps. These do exist and we have run them side by side pound for pound of boost and from what we see not worth the additional weight,moving parts and pieces and the possibility for a coolant leak in the charge system which you will never see until its chews up your engine from ingesting coolant. Not saying anyone one is right or wrong its all just my opinion.
