man those polaris work good when the snows so bad you should be home sitting on your couch
Maybe that 5hit snow is the new normal? Sean you might have to get a Polaris if you want to keep riding. They still said they had fun. I guess they are truely passionate about the sport, unlike many.

Last el Nino was 2015 and guess what the snow was like?

Actually the last El nino was 2014 to 2016 I do not recall that sled season being that bad. The 2016 December trip to revy was stellar, it snowed over 4ft while we were there.

Yes I read it, did you read mine? That El Niño lasted two sled seasons
2014/2015 is one sled season, 2015/2016is another. Just like this El Niño is the 2023/2024 season but it’s a lot bigger.

Lol, oops good catch.
I had that sled season on my brain when I typed it. Regardless Since I started mountain sledding (2007)I do not recall a winter as bad as this one.

yep, i started around 2003 and we have always had warm temps that destroyed the snowpack at one point or another during the season. But never this low amount of base

I’ve been a die hard sled head for over 20 years, I prioritize sledding and go out every storm. I dream about winter all summer and count down to the first early season ride. This season has been so brutal and so frustrating I’m finding myself dreaming of days on the lake and riding dirt bikes and for the first time in my life contemplating taking a season off to travel instead of chasing pow next year. Anyone else getting to this level of frustration with this season?
