McBride trip Apr 5&6 '08

Just got home from a great trip to McBride. Rode Lucille for a couple hours late Fri afternoon when we got there, really tracked up. Then rode Renshaw with Sumx54 and my buddy Jason on Sat. Met some fellow S&Mers up there so got to put faces to a few names. Great to finally meet Rucky and Rocky Mountain Kamakaze and SummitX. Light was pretty poor most of the day but snow was good. We went back there again on Sun. and found new snow had covered all tracks and we had a blast!! Light was off and on but snow conditions were some of the best I've ever ridden on so when the sun came out we'd track up a fresh hill and then rest till it came out again.I'll post a few pics, one with rucky and crew where we had lunch together__ check out the head gear RMK had on...only a really self confident guy could wear something like that and make it work!!

Great riding with you guys this weekend. Only a flatlander can roll a sled with style. Too bad I missed it with the camcorder, only got you chasing the windshield down the hill!

Hopefully we can hook up for another ride soon. This time I will have spare gas can so I don't have to quit early, was sucking fumes when I hit the lot.

Yea trip was good but not for my father, thinks it is a crank baring. If i wear my took i get better reseption. Here are a couple pics from the 4th and 5th some are from behind the saddle and some are in Blackwater area.
