Can someone explain to me.....

I am sure it is here somewhere but I can't find it....

Below our screen names some of us have long bars with 2 shades of green and yellow dots - others have only green etc. Some people have many golds stars etc others have none. I know it is most likley some tracking system but I am just unclear what it means as you see it.

Could someone either explain or show me where to see.
