Pulled a 1970s tnt everest out of the dump with thoughts to get it running again. It had a 440 liquid cooled engine, but i cant find anything about it anywhere. Anyone know what year it could be?

I would push it back into the dump!!! I believe it was a late 70's 444 liquid cooled my brother had. We pulled that piece of sh!t every where. It had more miles on a rope than under its own power. Between it and my brother in laws 340 TNT free air, one of them were on a rope. Them two sleds are the reason I swore I would never own a Doo!!!
But if or when BRP get the bugs out of the 850, I might have to eat my words!!! Might!!!!

Thanks! Others have said the liquid cooled was the everest 444, and when i search it, those sleds have 444 printed on the tunnel. Mine says 440.

I had a 76 Everest 440, it was fan cooled. Years later bought a 76 Everest 444 for my son, it was liquid cooled. I believe they only had them for that year and model.
Like above it looks like someone did a swap for whatever reason.
I think it is a 76 Everest chassis with some mods, the vents on the side of the hood are added.

it has june 1976 stamped underneath as well so probs 1976.

went and got the engine code as well
3097820
TYPE 444

its got the whole cooling system set up and everything. it looks stock. when i pulled it out, the wiring had been gutted along with the whole fuel system. no oil delivery ether from the looks of it, but the intake is at the crank so i can just mix i guess.
