I am thinking about putting a sled together for watercross just to have some fun on , i am looking for some input.
I am curious as to what you think would be some mods i should do to help , and i'm a big guy so any ideas to help keep me on the dry side of the water would be awsome:specool:

ditch stock fuel tank go with 1.5 gal, ditch stock seat go with detachable foam with maybe 10ft of light rope connecting the seat to the sled, in case of sinkage you can use it as a marker. light is good, tether is must. narrow skis, steer like you do in pow...weight transfer and countersteer. premix..drop the oil injection. silicone all gaps in bellypan, bulkhead and tunnel. suck the front end of your skid all the way down and stiffen up your suspension as much as you can

should be a good start
