I wont a tire that rides nice, performs well in the snow and mud as I quad mostly at McLean Creek, every tire works on solid ground. I have mud wisers and they work well in the tree roots and mud but suck in the snow as the compound rubber is way to hard and are like skates going up the hills

I'll be trying my Zillas on the ice this year. Last winter, SZPROD did super well climbing ice with his Zillas compared to me with my XTR's, but his tires are only 9" and 10" wide so that may have had something to do with it too.

zillas 3 sets 28 on my polaris xp 850 and my wifes 550

try looking in to black mombas they work fine for me in the mud and snow plus ride well for how much lug they have

i agree with whodeanie, zillas are the best i have ever had. had xtrs, swamplites, reptiles. zillas best ride and traction by far.

the Zillas have worked great for me in the snow and not bad on the ice either. I did find the Mudlites were better on the ice though when I had those before

Zillas are an awesome tire...I run them on everything. But, I studded up a set of Bighorns last winter...they auger through the snow like a track, plus there is zero spin on straight ice. Pull the studs in the spring, and you have a great all-around tire for the summer too.

there are zilla's and there are mudzilla's

Depending on the machine your putting the tires on.

Rapid Revolutions does not recommend zilla tires on a 900 xp rzr as they get torn up I was going to put them on but was suggested not to.

well the terrain that i recall riding in mclean creek had a some mud, but was mostly gravel, rock on the trails, the zillas these guys are talking about won't last long, and you'll be disappointed. better off with bighorns or xtr radials in my opinon. they will work in the mud, last longer in the gravel sharp rock conditions of mclean creek.


problem with asking this type of question, most of these guys have never ridden mclean creek and have no friggin idea. sorry fella's the zillas are not the end all be all tire. not everyone rides in the same terrain,

Maybe stepping out here, but sounds like baja cross or pitbull growlers may be a better fit
