Hit up the Dixon Glacier and Morning Glory on Saturday. Beautiful Day. Maybe 12 sleds in all of clemina. Staged from the bridge. Other guys drove up to the next parking lot near Dora. Plus 18 in Valemount. No movement of snow. Surprising given the temperatures.

Allen Creek yesterday, was Snowing heavy for a while then cleared up.

Does anybody know if it is possible to get to the Albreda Glacier?

We staged from the bridge that the old toll booth used to be at (not sure if that is the first or second). Had to ride a fair bit of dirt. You will probably want to go past there now. The parking lot just past the hydro line would probably be the call.

Hi I see everyone is talking about riding sleds on this post.
I have been looking for information about quad riding around Valemount.
We are planning on staying at the Canoe River Campground.
Any quad riding and trail information would be great.

Thanks

We did ride Clemina on Friday

Access is great, we found the snow line at 7.5km then drove some patchy sections until about 10km, after that its gravey, but I suspect very soon you will need to travel farther up the road.

Snow up top was good, but we had such terrible weather with high winds and blowing snow that we could not do too much, but the tree riding is still awesome.

only about a 500' patch of snow stopping from driving up to about km 10 where the good snow starts.

poked at some deecent sized hills and nothing moved

We have been getting lots of rain lately with cold nights:d

Not sure whats happening out there, but the snow line came down very low last night. Im sure they will be some fresh for the weekend.

Clemina access is still awesome with a deck for two place that can be turned around by hand.
