valemont trip planed for nov 2??

Would the 2nd be to early? Probably gonna ride alleen creek or blue river....what are your thoughts wise snow and mud members.

To early. I'm prettty hardcore and I usually wait until rememberance day. And even then its more just to say I did it lol. You will get to the alpine, it won't be pretty, and you will get a few carves in but don't expect a full blown ride that early.

I went the first weekend of November last year to McBride and explored mostly just to put some easy miles on my new proclimb. Went back up the weekend after and it was nipples deep.


This was the first weekend

And then the following

If your going up just to cure the sledding itch, I'd say go for it but be careful.
