Yes, it is pretty much just hanging around.

Picked 2 truck loads of Kochia tumbleweed out of my yard and shelterbelt so far. One more load should do it. Leave the fence line for another day as its overwhelming. Dumping them on his land 2 miles south of my land so it doesn't look obvious. Being a good neighbour and giving them back to him.
