probably lots of threads on this already but..just want opinions on XM sway bar removal vs keepin it on..and I don't mean disconnecting one side I mean completely removing it.

I have ridden many sleds with it completely removed and loved it..and yes I know it will be tippy on the trail.

Leave it on, still tippy on trail with it

Tried it both ways and found it buck more sidehilling and uneven terrain with it out..put mine back on

This depends on rider size and strength's.
Small light weight ? It will be easier to throw around unhooked but not as good on trail.
Get the quick disconnect and have it both ways as needed.

I agree with Tex.

You dont need to remove it on this sled, I also put mine back on. It stinks on the trail either way. lol
But I didnt buy it to ride trails. I doesnt dive quite as much in good snow with the sway bar on.

I haven't tried it disconnected... mostly because it works good enough I've never felt the need to try it.

I don't ride trails I was just saying I know it would be tippy on the trails with it removed. I meant to say deep snow riding is there really a big difference because most of my xm buddies say its better with it off.

I don't have it out but it is disconnected on both sides and I like it. I don't hit the trails hard on the way up nor on the way down. It works great for both myself and my wife.

Quick disconnect....

pulling jumps, airs, or hits... I like it in
When on the trails I like it connected.
extremely ruff trails I usually take it off.
when in the bush where I need a chainsaw, take it off.
in the alpine... Really depends on rider aggression that day
hard pack, can go either wAy

i find conditions really dictate when to pull it or not. Sometimes with the sway not connect the sled becomes un predictable, other days you are just fighting with it.
