I have been using my spot2 around Whitecourt area working and it is working awsome dead on accurate. Followed the instuctions in the recall email and mine must be ok.

Got a SPOT 2 for Christmas and went to register it. The recall message came up for the ESN. Why do they continue to sell these when they know there's a problem?

same here, they wouldn't let me activate it.

and yesterday just happened to be the day we came across somebody who hit a tree and needed an airlift out.... would have saved a lot of time.
