Looks like 1.1lbs of foam after the bag to me, in that one pic.

I have not taken foam out of a sled for years. Just My opinion, It keeps moisture off the clutches, ride it and enjoy.

Interesting, came stock with pivot weights and on clicker 1. More weight and clicker 3 to try out here in the flatlands before I get to the mtns. 22 expert 850t. My frog skins look like that too. And my seat bag looks like this lol.

I thought this plastic gasket was supposed to seal it.

Should a guy yank the donut and prime with high temp silicone?View attachment 248779
Has anyone else had their pipe off? Holly Christ are the springs at the y-pipe stiff! Even with the proper spring removal tool I got a hell of a work out. More awkward than anything. The part number for the springs are different than the n/a so I assume stiffer for boost.

its a nightmare, im going to see if BRP has some sort of special tool for it. I had electrical wire in under the pipe through the front nose cone. Lots of bloody knuckles

Use the woodys spring puller and use the x member for leverage. Only way to do it if your by yourself.
10 or 16" long? I did it by myself with the Doo spring tool... but I don't want to do it again. My Lord!

those springs are no joke. i ended up using a piece of pipe with a loop of line using the cross member as a fulcrum to expand the spring but was still a pain to try and push the spring hook onto the loop with all the force i was applying. i bought a woody's 15" spring puller later so we'll see next time.

Martin's had a giant spring puller for like $35 hanging up behind the parts desk.
