Hello, any Polaris salesman or dealers online? Question is, when purchasing a new Polaris do I see/receive or have to sign a PDI inspection form? I received my new sled and it has physical damage on it and the dealer is unwilling to help me! I purchased the sled from a Polaris dealership and picked it up at his fathers Nissan dealership closer to home...I receiver no paperwork on anything, no manual etc. the damage was noticed immediately by myself and his dad, pictures taken and letters sent. Should have seen the pdi and signed off on it?

Yes there is a PDI checklist the dealer fills out when they PDI the sled. There is 3 sections. One for setting the sled up, one for testing it and one for going over the sled with the customer during the delivery. After all said and done there is a line at the bottom for you to sign on.
