Hey , just joined snow and mud .com.
I am a polaris girl, I ride a 2004 900 switchback.
Hubby rides a 2010 RMK 600 .
Originally came here to find out solutions for my sled that runs hot on smooth trails where there is no option to ride out into the deep stuff to cool off in.
Sometimes regulars Joe's on here are just as knowledgeable as the dealership.
Good to be here :d

Welcome to the forum

Are you using Scratchers when you are riding on the trails?

If not I would invest in a set of them and see if that helps

Also i would post this question in the Polaris 900 section as you are more likely to get answer there
2004? The 900's didn't come out till 05

I researched scratchers and have ordered a set. I blew the crank in this sled last winter and was informed that polaris made a boo boo designing it, it wasn't beefy enough for the torque, so now I have a beefier crank and two new clutches. I do plan to hit up that section for sure. Thanks for the welcome:)
