Hey Guys, Trying to remove the truck box of my daughters 01 F150. She had a run in with some tress. Anyway have a newer box to put on but I cant get the bed bolts out of either truck. Tired soaking with penetrating oil for a wk. Even tried has much heat as I can with the little torch on the nuts. But nothing is turning. All I did was bust the T50 torque tip. Any help would be great.

Drill the tops off and get the box outa the way.

Then cut the rest of the bolt off.

They have quick nuts that suck.

If you have a welder, you could weld a nut on top of the box bolts and get on there with an impact wrench, or a long breaker bar. Has worked for me many times.
