Anyone know a good spot to pick up a used radiant tube heater? looking for something used or salvaged from a shop/building reno for cheap. Or a place with good prices on overhead garage furnaces? In Calgary. Thanks.

Good luck, if you can find a used one they are toast. What is your budget.

Not looking to spend a lot on a forced air.. $100-300.. would be temporary.. if I could find a good price on a radiant unit I'd be willing to spend more. Kind of a rush job, builder agreed to put in a gas line and will hook up a heater if I have it there next week... would rather do it now than have to get a gas fitter and second permit to hook one up later.

another question.. had my gas lines located today.. main supply line is running right where I want to run the line to my garage.. it is a straight run from the meter to the garage, and the builder built the garage ontop of the main line. Can I expose the main and run my line to the detached garage beside the main line?
