Okay so supposed to head out tomorrow quading and figured out my 4wd won't engage. The light wont even switch just stays in 2wd.

And my fan doesnt want to start. No matter how hot it gets

Fan isn't a big deal. Just make sure I hit lots of water holes and drive fast.

When my fan did that it was because the tabs had rotted off on the relay under the seat. Not sure about the 4x4 issue though.

the fan issue could be the circuit breaker..... but if both not working i bet it the buss conector over top the gas tank has rotten off.... if i recall i told ya about that the other night....

i have seen 6 of them and fixed them with the buss rotten off [ even mine was ]

You were right about the circuit breaker one of the tabs was broken off.

Still no luck on the 4wd though

You have nothing but problems......... And you still won't admit, it's about fourth in line from the top Quads !
And the 4x4 doesn't matter, some one will tow you and Tex back at the same time.......lol

Chit happens when you get as muddy as I do. Thing is 5 years old. Might sell it and get a can-am this winter.

any luck on the 4x4 issue? my brute is kinda doing the same thing. The switch is very hard to switch and the light says its in 4x4 but it will not engage.

you might have internal diff problems if the 2x4 - 4x4 indicator are working with the switch
