Hey guys, I'm taking my Dad and Brother to the mountains this week. They haven't been mountain riding before but have riden sleds a ton out on the flats in Alberta and sask.

What are the recommended area's for some rookie mountain riders?

Mcbride................all three main riding areas are good for beginners
Valemount............Cant go wrong with Clemina or Milage!
Some people think Allan is Ok for beginnersa,I dont!
Unless you stay close to the cabin
Hope thats where your headin!

Agreed, I went to Boulder in Revy for my mountain cherry bustin ..... But have to agree with Catmando on this one Vale or McBride.... Hope everyone in your group will have all the avy gear (beacons, probes, shovels, etc), you can rent them if you dont own em..... Play safe and have a blast
