I run 90 to 100 km easy on a tank. I am not sure if I will take extra.

Not sure really. We rode all winter in snow on the creeks. Drove fast. Still never ran low.
We have 950 km on our 2013

I have a kolpin from my quad I could use.

I get the same 90-100 km on mine as well. I drive it like I'm driving miss daisy and drive er like I stole er too. I see they had some cool gas racks over at the Polaris dealership in Mara lake on Thursday. It bolted to the rear of the roll cage on either side. Held a 2 gallon gas can each. Don't know if it fits a xp4 or not though.

I strap a 1 gallon jerry can on the back. I've put in many of mega big days and never had to dump the jerry can in yet.
