I cant decide between the two tires. Either want 27 or 28 zillas 9 front and 11 back or 27 mud bugs 10 front 12 back. im also getting clutch kit installed. would like to hear your input. I usually drive trails with mostly mud and once in a while i tear up a gravel pit.

I like both your choices. I would give the nod to Zilla's....I've owned several sets of both.

you will be fine with 28's. The 500 will spin them no problem without the clutch kit. You will have no fitment issues with the 28's.

I'd go with the Zilla's. On the old lady's quad I had 27 x 9's on the front and had to use two washers on the wheel studs as spacers so they wouldn't rub on the tie-rod. 10 wide and you will need different rims or a wheel spacer I reckon.

How much top speed are we talking about. Will it make it alot more torqy and better throttle response. If i can still hit 80 km/hr im happy with that if it feels alot more snappy

I don't know if you would still hit 80. I probably wouldn't want to go that fast with zillas anyway. Definately gonna be more snappy on th bottom end.

Just got 28" Zillas installed on some 12" black ITP 108s. I haven't rode the bike yet but my dad said he didn't feel any power loss can't wait to play in some mud. I have been looking at the dalton clutch kits .. Any reviews on them? Comes with adjustable weights and cheaper than epi which sounds pretty good.
