All you trolls are so braindead. Brp does not need a game changer. They have the best sled on snow and now with a few refinements its still on top as always. Enjoy your pros newbs. Have fun prancing around in the flats with 145hp and a carpet track. There's more to riding than carving doughnuts on a lake and that is all the pro is good at.

I think your wrong maxwell I think doo needed a game changer. I bet there will be less new doos next year and more pros on the hill. But I could be wrong. For now I will keep dreaming of the most flickable sled ever made the 2013 pro.

Just think without all us braindead dreamers there would not be a word spoken about the big release of the doo. Most days you doo guys won't shut up now after the release it's like crickets in here. What gives? oh well guess I will shut up now.

Funny...thought I seen many a DOO riders state last year that POO will be adding weight like DOO had to fix their tin foil tunnels and boards in the early days of the XP. So lets see...POO adds no weight last year and raised the stakes again with strengthening improvements but lowers the weight. Good thing POO did not bring on a DI engine (yet) or Doo would be seriously hurting in the mountain sector. I would have loved to see that.

I don't believe the tunnels and boards haven't changed from 2008 to 2012.

Claiming to lose X# of pounds is one thing, making it real is another.

Oh, and FYI there is a "reply with quote button, just next to reply.;)

you trolls sure are bored. All you can do is pick apart the windshield? As soon as my sled comes out of the crate that's the first thing that comes off. Who cares!!!!!!!!!!!

Poo can't bring out a DI engine because they don't know how to yet. To busy with the chassis and kinda forgot about the engine and injection platform.

My windshield comes off right after the first roll over of the season too.

Come on Maxwell, you had to shake your head when you saw it.

Ive spent $ 42000 on BRP products in the last 4 yrs and will spend another $ 16000 this year. I have a right to nit pick.

And yes, very very very bored.

I have a 12'x and even though the changes I see are minimal I am impressed that they managed to hit all the problems I have to fix on my 12'

The running boards needed more snow evacuation........CHECK
Seat was too high, kept kicking it..............................CHECK
Hand/Thumb warmer switch seperated........................CHECK
Ability to move further forward on the running boards ...NOT REALLY SURE WE NEEDED IT BUT I CANT HANG ON THE REAL STEEP SLOPES ANYWAY

The new gas tank setup seems cool, hopefully the tank doesn't have a $100+ price tag on it.

For me I'm kinda glad I picked up a 12' cause the changes are not that great for me to get a new one.

I agree. Told my buddy that earlier in the winter when he was wondering what they would release. I said I cant see where they would make big changes, everything is nearly perfect. The xp was different from the rev. As soon as I sat on a rev for the first time I didnt like that my feet were so far back. No such obvious problems with the XP

I think the worst thing that doo did for the 2013 sleds is hype up the release.
The ideas I think are good, and a lot of thought goes into it I'm sure.
With the new skid and foothold location, I guess the only thing left is to test ride it to make the evaluation, after all that is what it boils down to.

HOW IT RIDES

People bitch about 42 pounds, many of them could stand to lose that much themselves.. LOL

Geometry tweeks are what the industries have to do. Look at the mountainbike segment, that industry totally relies on geometry.

If you are looking to buy a new sled this year, I bet you would be happy with either sleds.

Which one would you be happier? Well that's a personal preference.
