just got back not worth going out, alpine was bare, access into falls was bare riding on grave. lad bent an a arm. trail riding east of there, baseline looked real good, would have been a way better ride. snow has been blown out. can't see going back till the end of january.

We rode northwest of the Caroline staging area yesterday. Closer we got towards baseline, the better it got.

yes baseline looked good, and should be lots in the trees. the trail out to oonion lake was ok, but there was no snow in the alpine, gravel and rock everywhere. hummingbird creek was open as well as the other creeks out there. not good at all.

So I didn't miss to much then. :)

Nope! It was scalped badly today, as compared to a month ago! Imdoon hit the nail on the head with the description! Had a fun day tho.... Glad everyone made it home tonight. It was dark when we hit the trail ride home!

you didn't miss much. the trail in was ok, ad to stay on the onion creek trail as the creek was open and running. but alpine was blown out, no snow. fuggg. snow was crusty.

yes it was ray. we tried to get back further, but definite lack of snow, would have been a good quad ride, although a littl cold.
