Probably decent amount of snow out there. if it hasn't all blown into the park by now

dec 1 for sleds and open for quads till end of february. trip at this time would not be worth the fine and sled damage. need more snow and a base out there.

Anyone have any input if it would be worth a trip to Onion Lake or Ranger after Dec.1, after all this snow. Have rode the trails with a quad but never sledded in those areas. Looks like rocks could be a problem. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Wouldn't call it near by,, it takes 3hours dam near to drive to Onion lake from RD. 1 more hour and yer in golden... JS

Yea right,,, how do you make it from rD to onion lake in 2hours?? Golden 4hour every time... Guess we'll have to disagree on this one...lol
