Bars are nice and clean but have you ever tried raising them so you have better leverage and help with the top heavy feel? With your bars that low you must be bent over riding it.
To much work to change. Remount my skid, and boards. If I was doing a bunch of powder coating the sled would turn gun metal grey and black. Couple pics of my bars cleaned up.

I actually lowered them a couple times. I'm only 5 10. Not into the ape Hangers. There about the same height as stock rev bars.

Yes it is, it's a cfi 800 out of a o8 dragon 800. My brother is currently switching out his modded doo pipe for a pro pipe. It's crazy how the pro pipe actually fits in there better than his doo pipe. Couple more pics of it from when he was building it for you.[cecf3782b594a054c870e08f35ed659e.jpg[/IMG]

He's still in tuning mode, playing with clutching. Some pipe cracking issues. It made its first mountain trip last spring with out so much as opening the hood to show it off.

I must of been tired last night. It's an o6 rev chassis. Dropped and rolled. 8 tooth drivers, 3" 162. Holtz skid, a arms. Boost it box, aero 66. Boost it water to air.

Ya she's still out and about, not to happy about the snow, in her old age. Probably swing by your place for a rum one night and see how you mounted and routed hose for your oil catch can.

Thinking of making rear seat mount out of round shaft like this. Open to suggestions for better looking alternatives.

I would take the seat mount off the fuel tank, and make a mount out of tubing and bring it to either side of the tank and attach it to the tunnel....that little piece of tube welded to the tank would see a lot of stress in the event of a rollover and possibly crack the tank where welded.

Should be a little over thirty. Was. 36 before I started. Plus my surge tank up front holds a couple litres. It's 5/32" thick wall
