Or eyes, rather.
I think this year is the year I finally cave and start riding with my prescription glasses. I'm not blind by any stretch but I would like my vision to be as good as it can (especially in the lower light situations).
Contacts aren't really an option for me (I hate them) so I...
So, mum wants to get dad a trail cam for use as added security in the farm yard.
Dad doesn't hunt, chances are the camera will be mounted above the shop and left out for long periods of time.
What sorts of featured should I be looking for? Any brands I should stay away from?
Thanks
I don't see a thread for this season's pics and vids yet, so I guess I'll fire one up.
Nothing to post...hell, I started my sled for the first time last night so I could get it out of the way in the garage :(
Cousin piled up his '06 today at 4200km. Not sure yet if it's top or bottom end but I'm just glad for everyone's sake that it happened at the farm and not in the hills this weekend.
When I bought my crank I got it through Rec Supply and have no real complaints but I was wondering where you...
Guys and gals, please keep your eyes peeled for my friend's two machines!
Stolen: Summit XP 800 146", orange with side panel decal damage (photo is an example). Summit ZX 700 purple and black w/ a polished tunnel. The trailer plate is P719716 and was taken by a dark green crew cab diesel Ford...
Do any of you guys or gals order hand tools online? I've never used Amazon or any other online retailers before and was wondering what everyone's experiences w/ online tool shopping have been.
Thanks!
A lot more has come down this morning than I was expecting, sure hope it keeps up and sticks around this time. I haven't gone ditch banging once!
Ok so after I got the sled all back together this weekend I set the oil pump cable to the book's recommendation (pull cable apart at adj. screw and set at .77) but now I'm getting paranoid that I may be leaning out the oil too much...
Since I am not that smart a guy I never marked the cable...
I did one of these last year in an effort to "up the stoke" for the S&M members. I enjoyed following Shadam and LilDuke's threads and thought it'd be fun to do my own.
So here I am again with my 2014-2015 thread. Hopefully those dudes do theirs again (and other members follow along and post...
I just though I'd post this on here beacause I know he uses the boards.
Yesterday in the Coal Creek staging area I found myself in need of some pliars to remove the exhaust springs on my sled. I'd forgot to bring my little tool kit and I recognized him (large decal on his truck) from the...
I like the idea of an ongoing "this is my season" thread, like lilduke and Shadam have. I'm gonna rip them off and do one of my own, as I always pack the camera and gopro when I go sledding so I might as well post some of this stuff on here.
I'll start with my trip to Revy and Golden last...
So enjoy all the new snow that decided to show up the day I leave. I tell ya, sometimes life just ain't fair...haha :beerchug:
Ya'll behave yourselves and take comfort in knowing that I'm suffering away down there in the heat, sitting in sand instead of snow and trying desperately to comfort...
Ever heard of VICE magazine? Well, it's not a magazine anymore but a group of journalists who are bent on showing some of the most interesting, remote, dangerous, beautiful or disturbing places on the planet. Maybe you've seen some of the episodes of The Vice Guide to Travel on Netflix? At any...
Stop me if you've seen these before but I had a good laugh.
Not much has changed. Cat still markets towards hillbilly yokel-types and Doo to rich playboys (joking, I'm not brand loyal :D ). Hell, that Doo one might as well have been a porno back then haha.
"If I don't make it I guess we'll...
Sooner than we know it, the snow will be here again and that means I better get some summer maintenance out of the way on the old girl. What I have is an '04 Summit 800, I've owned it one season and the guy before me allegedly had a complete factory crate motor put in it. On the last ride of the...
Hey guys and gals
Picked up a GoPro Hero3 black edition a few weeks ago and last weekend I got a chance to try it out. In the user manual I downloaded from GoPro it states that in the event of the battery dying, the film would be saved before the camera turns off. Well, I took it out to a...
