i just got done rebuilding the wifes sled, took it out for its test ride and the temps are 400 degrees hotter on the mag side mid throttle. i intend to change the c clip on the needle to richen it up, though i am wondering if anyone else is seeing temps that different between each cylinders?

Hey Guys, I need some help, i have been rebuilding a 800ho out of a 04 summit. Used new crank (cvtech) and MCB dual rings on the top end. I finally got round to getting everything connected (reeds, y pipe, carbs etc etc) and when i pull the starter rope it feels like there is too much...

Doing a motor rebuild on a 04 summit and I am trying to replace to motor mounts from the motor mount plate. I can't seem to get them out.... I have tried penetrating oil, heat, but nothing is working.... Anyone got some helpful hints? Thanks Inky

Hey guys just looked on eBay for a egt gauge and probe for a project build over summer....I seen sone egt set ups from autometer that may work and are a LOT cheaper than the koso ones... Has anyone tried a autometer egt set up on a sled or see a reason it wouldn't work?

Where would you recommend getting a crank from for a good price? My crank is bent and the bearings are shot..... rebuild is as much as buying one from brp (with core credit). Where should I go in Canada for a new crank?

Trying to remove the flywheel on a 04 summit 800. I have the harmonic puller on it, pushing 95 ft lbs on the crank and tapping the main bolt with a hammer.... still wont release off the spindle. Any one know of a trick to get it to come off? thanks
