Skidoo flywheel removal help!

Trying to remove the flywheel on a 04 summit 800. I have the harmonic puller on it, pushing 95 ft lbs on the crank and tapping the main bolt with a hammer.... still wont release off the spindle. Any one know of a trick to get it to come off?

A little heat? And I wouldn't hit it with a hammer heard it's hard on crank bearings.

Heat and patience. It usually will pop off in the middle of the night on you.

i will try hitting it with a heat gun and see if it works. will let you know tomorrow.

Patience pinkpanther .. patience .. .just wait for your snowchecked XM to come in and then you won't have to worry about your 04 anymore...

That's how I fixed every little thing that went wrong with my Rev this year

lol nah no xm for me, just something to do over the summer... and now i don't have to double ever again.

Go easy with the hammer and easy with the heat. The magnets inside the flywheel are a lot more fragile than we think they are.....unfortunately learned the hard (expensive) way!

no heat needed popped off on the first try. cheers guys
