What is going to happen to the sledders if the pipeline workers are still there this winter? When are they coming thru the area? Is it going to effect the Clemina trail this coming season?

The pipeliners will only be working from July to October (until freezeup). That's what I was told by the fellow that is in charge of housing for all the workers.

Judy is spot on. The crew is supposed to be out of town by early October.
The work in the Clemina Creek area by the Hydro developers will be ending by our sledding season as well, and they will also be leaving us with a dramatically improved paralelling trail in the case the main road ever had to be plowed due to fire etc, which is very rare. This will also give us access to the area if it was ever to be logged again. These guys are spending a good dose of case to see we always have access to our sledding area, and appreciate the importance of the area to our community.
We are also trying to get permission for a connector trail for the Clemina lot up to the Keyhole area by using some of the pipeling that is already there.
