The VARDA crew is holding their annual work B this September 23rd and 24th. We will be spending the day in Allan Creek on Saturday then returning to the VARDA Office HQ for a social and BBQ. Sunday will be a good half day in the Clemina Area.
The goals for this are to complete firewood (Allan Creek), perform general area maintenance in preparation for the winter season and a general cleanup of anything accidentally left behind. And we would like your help!
IMPORTANT - Due to the Allan Creek area being under a motorized closure, numbers of machines we are allowed to use for access are limited. High capacity vehicles such by side by sides are encouraged. We need all people who will be coming to register via the link below. If we are lucky enough to get good support, this is on a first come first serve basis for Saturday. We wish we could have everyone, as many hands make light work, but our access numbers are strictly controlled by our government partners.
