Rode westridge on saturday. Pretty socked in, but found lots of fresh pow (maybe 2 feet). Trail in was ok, not icey at all. Had the place all to ourselves!
Would be great to ride there on a sunny day!

It was a great weekend of riding. Chappell had up to a few feet of fresh. Allan and Clemina recieved a bit of fresh most evenings, making for an excellent time on the hills.

More snow in the forcast ! Keep it coming !

Couple of "non-action" shots from this weekend! New, but still managed to get ourselves good and stuck!

We made it over the ridge into the 1st bowl and rode around the lake area. We tried to get towards the second bowl, but it was too socked in. but with only 5 sleds, there was plenty of snow for us in the first bowl---. just avoid the ridge on the south side of the lake in the 1st bowl! Big windload with drifts and cornices.
stick to the treed glades. we probed 9 feet in the alpine!

The snow has been hitting the mountain tops all week and should make for a great weekend. Sitting at around -2 with moderate overcast conditions.

Chappell will be groomed again tomorrow night and should be a stuckfest on Friday.

See you on the hill !:d
