We are stoked to say that the Clemina Creek groomer is back up in action and the trail will be groomed this evening.

We are hoping that his new warm snow will pack down well today and freeze in solid on all of our trails when the temps cool off tonight.

Clemina is still very thin for the first three Kms and the groomer will be staged at 3.5km. Please watch for natural hazards on the thin trail section.

Road Clemina yesterday, obviously conditions could be better but the bit of fresh of snow made it a bit easier to tour tour around. Good to see go see the entire zone sometimes.

Went to chapel today with my son it was his first time there so was fun.
Was snowing from 10:30am adding up to 6 inches on a hard base supposed to snow all night so might be nice in the morning

Went up to Allen early and had breakfast at the cabin then went for a look around was better than yesterday at chapel.
Both trails were excellent

Rode Chappell today about 4" fresh needs a full reset to get rid of that crust

The crust is weird. Rode Clemina Friday had 6-8” fresh, base was firm but you could still chew into it and I think the skis were even digging into it. Was a great day, sun seen some views and got some donuts in.
Allen on Saturday was 6-8” snow on literally an ice hockey rink. Slipping and sliding everywhere. Ended up having an 2 hour lunch fire to kill the afternoon off. Crazy the difference from two areas you can see each other from.

Its crazy, I work in fox and it got very warm during the warm spell. Edson has more snow, enough to get out in the field on a sled.

Pass on that field rip Matt.Still hoping for a storm system to come through and get a chance to get a trip in. If not; my sled is just gonna stay where it is rather than get desperate and go wreck chit.
