There is a certain member here that cannot comprehend how some of us are able to drive blazingly fast and still be able to steer and stop. On top of that we can also stay in our wheels and not on our roof. Well here is a good start. It is called maintaining your machine.

Oh look!!!! A new set of tie rod ends!!!!!!

I thought all toys come with life time warranty from bumper too bumper !

Is it not easier to move the riding boots too next unit sice every thing is new and ready for trail pounding, Ha.

Just so's I get this straight....I'm a bit thick I guess: you MAINTAIN your ATV/UTV at HOME....show up to ride with a reliable, efficiently running vehicle???!? Wow. What a concept! Would you go as far as to CLEAN said vehicle periodically....or is that just for the racer-types?

Under 5 mph / no washing required:

Suds & Buds rule book clearly states Page 236 : chapter 2 , paragraph 7 subsection 123.7B
No member shall wash machine , unless dangerous speeds were sustained at a minimum distance of not less than 2.4 k from camp.

Failure to comply means instant removal of all suds & buds privileges, and continued abuse would result in being banished into reject suds & buds group ....

Looks like some serious maintenance coming up after summer for the commander. Time to change all the fluids and get Amsoil into it and check/replace all the steering parts as I approach 2000kms and expect things are starting to wear. Plenty of easy riding kms following my son or on family rides but I also like to drive aggressively and don't want to risk breakdowns on the trail just because I was too lazy to do a bit of maintenance. And even though I'm not that experienced turning wrenches I'm willing to learn to take care of my toys cuz I'm definitely not paying the stealership to do it!

Always clean your machine.

Wife's don't like dirty machines in bed.

Me thinks some new brake pads are in order soon too. Have 1500kms on machine. Im surprised they have lasted this long. Still have about 500kms left on them me thinks. So no big rush but maybe in the next weekend or two.

You can even take a Machine Rona dealer for regular maintenance and repairs if you don't have time.

Many options to have a machine ready to go on each ride.

Weird I know.

Most of us do this.

Then enjoy riding

Also does not bother other riders waiting for you while you repair your crap
