does any one ware a neck brace for quadding? what type do you use? I think I got whiplash the last time out and a friend of mine got the same thing in the summer. I thought he was just a baby,but now.

Tough guys up there chirping until something like that happens to them
. Been there with it but mine was from an accident. I don't wear a neck brace at all when I go out, found that stretching and strengthening the muscles was best way to prevent it and help it. Plus then you don't look like a dork haha

Plus then you don't look like a dork haha Also look at the weight of you helmet. I have a good helmet that i thought was extremely light until i just purchased a new one. The new one weighs about 1/4 of the old.. Lot of weight bouncing around on your neck
