Normally you can see if someone has their hood up or changing a flat tire. I think it would be just plain old curteous to move over. Being as there are so many ignorant pricks around these days it should be law.

Couldn't agree more. A little courtesy from these self absorbed, white sunglass wearing, lite bar running, coal rolling, sonz o' bitches, wouldn't hurt.
