Would have gone close to 1100 km on this tank. Combination of hiway 2 at 120 km/h and some running around.

Yes. 2014. Have just over 2400 km on it now.
A few months back, there was a thread with a vid that talked about the truck for about 25 mins. I thought it was very interesting and I am interested. Keep posting here please, I really like the thought of this truck, and seeing how it will progress.

Impressive mpg if you are doing lots of highway time. Now wait for someone to build a programmer for it to juice up the 0-60 time.

How do they feel for power? At 240hp I would think they feel slightly underpowered but with the torque maybe not. Obviously they are built for economy but curious about the "fun factor" none the less.

BTW the best I've seen in my 2014 F350 diesel was 14L/100km at 100km/h, a number a have not been able to duplicate since, I now average 17L/100km back and forth to work, so 10L/100km at 120km/h is pretty damn impressive.

I feel the power is pretty good. Getting out and passing is no problem , gets to 140 pretty quick. Pulled my boat home last Friday and pulls it very good. It's defiantly not as much power as my 11 f350 but that's apples to oranges.

Buddy has one too. Said overall truck was impressive. Gettn 33ish mpg a month old. Only flaw is rear coils. Cant haul crap, need air bags. But rides smooth and cant even hear it running

Have you got enough miles yet to get a feel for combined mileage? My ecoboost was great on the highway 12-13/100 but combined was 15.

if your combined is 10-11/100 on a 50,000 km year it would use 5000-5500 litres per year vs 7000-7500 litres a year. 5000 of diesel at 1.30 $6500 vs 7000 of gas 1.19 $8330/year. 2.5 or so years paid for diesel option and then hopefully worth more a couple grand more resale. Sort of pencils out?

Better add in the cost of def and oil changes too.
