What's the easiest way to remove the big black skidoo rivets that hold my belly on?

Drill the centers out slowly with a good bit. Dont spin them to fast or they will melt into your pan.

I've found a food set of needle nose to hold from the other side (if they spin) works well.

What did yea hit bud? I gotta redo mine already, ripped a hole in it by the exhaust.

3/16 bit, lots of speed, little pressure. Don't let them spin, if they do use vice grips on the backside and hold them. 90degree drill is the weapon of choice for the tight areas. Other times you can use a sharp chisel and hammer. Shear the back side and pry the rest out.

Use a oversized drill bit at a lower speed (as mentioned) and drill the heads off, the rest can be pushed through with a punch.
